Covid-19 Safety Guidelines

TPL Salon are delighted to be able to re-open our hair salon and have put measures in place to keep our team and guests safe. 

We are, of course, working in accordance with Government guidelines throughout our salon and have carried out a thorough risk assessment.

We kindly ask all our clients to  read, understand and agree our new way of working.

We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit and thank you for your co-operation.

What to expect

Fewer people

Our salon will be open longer hours to enable us to have fewer people in at any one time

Lots of space

We have a spacious salon so we can be socially distanced during your appointment.

Friendly welcome

We will welcome you with a friendly hello rather than a hug or hand shake.

Face visors

All our team will be wearing face visors in accordance with Government guidelines.

Face masks

Staff members do not have to wear face masks but we understand if you want us to wear one.

Regular cleaning

Your styling station and equipment will be sanitised before you are seated.

Magazines & free WiFi

There are no magazines in the salon but please use our free WiFi.

Hand sanitiser

Hand sanitiser is provided at all entry points for general usage.

Reception desk not in use

Check-in, check-out, homecare purchase and pre-booking future appointments will all take place from your styling chair.

What we need from you, our client

We are happy to discuss any individual concerns, so please call the salon or speak with a member of the team. We respectfully ask our clients to:

  • Book your appointment in advance by telephone or online

  • Please contact us and re-arrange your appointment if you or any member of your household are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, waiting areas are not currently available due to social distancing. If you arrive late, your appointment may not go ahead

  • Please arrive unaccompanied as a waiting area is not available for relatives etc. If you are a carer, please let us know beforehand

  • Please minimise the amount of belongings that you bring with you and bring a suitable bag to place your items in (including coats) for the duration of your appointment as our cloakroom is currently unavailable

  • Please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks as we are unable to offer refreshments at this time

  • Please bring and wear a mask at all times within the salon

  • Please use the hand sanitiser as provided on arrival at the salon

  • Please respect social distancing within the salon between the staff and other clients

  • Please be aware that card payments/contactless payments are only accepted at this moment in time
